Who are Aged Machine?

Aged Machine are Jeremy D. Camp and, occasionally, Todd R. Jackson; two longtime friends, self-taught computer geeks and musicians who share an interest in electronic music of (just about) all sorts.

They began releasing music as Aged Machine in 1998, shortly after a move to the Portland area.

Originally named for the somewhat outdated equipment used in the beginning, Aged Machine started out with an 80’s era Atari computer as a sequencer, with 80’s era Roland synthesizers and samplers.

Aged Machine have produced 6 albums, slowly moving away from hardware synthesizers to the world of computer generated synthesis and music production.

In addition to the Aged Machine project, Jeremy is half of the synth-pop duo Clever Things.
